Baby Vampire
I've been trying for some time now to capture Asher's sharp fangs that poked through about a month ago, but have been unsuccessful at being in just the exact position at just the exact time during which Asher is flashing a big cheesy fanged grin - until tonight! It turns out if you take enough pictures from enough angles while the Hogan's Heroes theme song is playing, it is very possible to catch one of those toofy smiles. (Click on the picture to enlarge it and get the full effect.)His top two front teeth have come in the past week, too, so I need to try to get more of these shots before they grow out and he looks more like a human boy, instead of a blood-thirsty undead baby Dracula. I think he makes a cute little vampire.

I haven't been able to see the blowup of this photo for some reason, but I think I can just make out those little baby vampire teeth. How funny and cute! It's so weird that Rowan is just NOW getting those teeth in. I wonder why Asher got his so early...
Dawn, yes, Asher likes to have his teeth brushed. Well, for the first 10 seconds, at least. Once he's sucked all the toothpaste off the brush he loses interest!
Ang, maybe it's because of all the 'roids? ;) Actually, I have a friend whose baby is two months younger than Asher, and she's getting her vampire teeth in, too. It's probably all just random.
